Hey! Habiba Khatmi here, a budding author and a graduate in International Relations from the National Defence University Islamabad. My journey started as an intern at the Institute of Policy Studies and later on as a researcher at the Centre for Security, Strategy and Policy Research (CSSPR). But with an unexpected turn of events, my attention shifted toward the real estate industry of Pakistan and uncovering the so-called mysteries in the real estate market.
